Ms. Mack teaching government for 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. At the beginning of Second 10th graders in the class have made their own political party’s on a poster with a platform and a statement as seen below. 

Students in Ms. Mack’s class are very engaged in learning Government. She brings the class to life. This week before Second Quarter ends, we are simulating how a bill becomes a law. We started as constituents and wrote letters to our Representatives about problems in our community. We then assumed the role of Representatives and created legislation to solve their problems. We debated the bills and discovered that this is a complicated process. No wonder it takes so long to get things done.
