Flowers Shows Support For Breast Cancer Research
This year about 400 students came out and supported the Pink Out Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.
“I was very, very, very, happy with the turn out for the pink,” said Ms.Benons.
Many more students came out this year than last year since last year was the first year for the pink out. The idea for the pink out came from Ms. Porchea last year and as far as people are concerned it is a success.
Next year F.Y.I., the sponsoring club, hopes it will be even bigger. They want to open it to the public, invite the community and their families to come and support. They also want to set up stations around the school with different activities and some speakers.
