You picked me up when I felt blue

But now that you’re gone I feel so lost without you

Even though these words on this page will never reach you

I can call you at night by getting on these knees two

I miss the look in your eyes,

I know you died

And I never cried because I knew it was your time.

We had plans for the future but you left me for our Heavenly

Father, and after that I kept falling farther. Now I look in the sky

And see the diamonds that you came to be. Those diamonds

Remind me that you’re no longer here with me,

But it reminds me of the angel you came to

Be.
