Lake Arbor 2014 LAFI Scholarship Program

The purpose of the 2014 LAFI Scholarship Award Program is to provide financial support to highly motivated students from the community to assist them in pursuing higher education goals.
Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to eligible applicants. Also, a $1,000 Herman L. Murrell Scholarship Award for Community Service will be awarded to one of the five selected LAFI scholarship award recipients.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Residential- Lake Arbor and surrounding communities (Mitchellville; Lottsford Road between Route 202 and Route 193/193 corridor
-Currently enrolled in PGCPS high school, or currently enrolled in or planning to attend an accredited college or graduate school during 2014 Fall Semester
-GPA- 2.5 GPA minimum
-Completed application package
-Package postmarked or emailed no later than May 24, 2014
