Healing means that some days are going to hit harder than others.

Healing has no timeframe and it’s not linear. 

Remember that no one can tell you when to stop hurting. 

Only you can determine that. 

Surround yourself around good people,

But also give yourself time alone.

If you are trying to heal… HEAL.

So you can see that attention is not love. 

Attachment is not a connection. 

And the bare minimum is not effort. 

Live your life and understand you’re not perfect and nothing is perfect.

You cannot heal in the same environment that made you sick.

Healing requires a lot of change. 

Make that change within you and how you move.

Love yourself a little harder and,

Do what makes you happy. 

When it is all said and done you only have yourself. 

What other people do is not in your control. 

You need to love yourself. 

You need to save yourself and you need to heal yourself. 

Strive to always be the best you can be. 

Take healing day by day because

It gets worse before it gets better. 

Manifest the life you want and live it!
