The Maryland Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Earth Team Volunteer Program, a federal agency under the USDA, is hosting a service-learning hours opportunity for PGCPS students.

This organization is known for providing financial assistance programs, technical assistance, soil survey information, and just general support to the farmers and forestland owners of the United States.

The volunteer work consists of technical assistance, office work, and helping to generate awareness through community projects.
