If you want to tighten your abs
You can sit tall on the edge of a sturdy chair and place your hands on the edge with your fingers pointing toward your knees, bring your toes 2 to 4 inches off the floor. Lift your butt off the chair hold the position for At least 5 to 10 sec.

V-ups – Lie on your mat with your stomach and head touching the ground. Lift your legs and head at the same time, keeping your legs straight.
Leg lifting- Lie on your yoga mat or on the floor with your hand behind your head or across your chest Lift both your legs off the floor, maintaining them straight or bending them slightly and lower your legs 1 inch from the floor and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Jake knife sit ups- Lie on your mat, with the legs straight on the mat and your hands to the sides. Lift your feet and head at the same time, hold the position for at least 3 seconds, then u can lower your feet and legs.
Keeping your body healthy
Eat lots of green vegetables and salads
Drink plenty of water at least 3 cups a day
Eat fruit
Drink vitamin D such as milk and orange juice
Make sure you take vitamins in the morning
