This week for the League of Legends Insiders Features a new champion that has been announced named Ekko The Boy Who Shattered Time. There has not been much offered information about Ekko as he is still not ready to be released onto the PBE(Public Beta Environment). Patch 5.9 has been announced and is going to be released on May 14th which features new skins for Lux,Ezreal,Talon,Twitch,Singed,Syndra,Mordekaiser, and  Shaco. Also includes the Ashe Champion Update. More Balance changes for champions such as Akali,Riven,Annie,Azir,Hecarim,Kalista,Morgana,Nocturne,Olaf,Ryze,Tristana,Trundle,Veigar, and Zed.
