Mr. Groves has sent a email to students and faculty from Jackie Orellana that states:

My name is Jackie Orellana and I am the LAYC/MMYC Wellness Program Manager. 
 
I wanted to share with you that the LAYC/MMYC is hosting a VIRTUAL MLK Jr. The Day of Service Event.  MLK Jr. Day of Service Event will be hosted virtually through Zoom. The event will be held Monday, January 17, 2022, from 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM. 
Our MLK Day of Service is a day filled with guest speakers, multicultural performances, parent advocacy workshops, and interactive community service projects for students.  The event is FREE to the community! Students that attend the community service workshops will receive Community Service Hours. 
 
Please share with your students that need Community Service Hours or anyone that would like to attend. Our flyer has been approved by PGCPS.
