Students vs Their Cell Phone
January 19, 2022
Students have a hard time paying attention to the teacher or their work. Wonder why? Because students like to be on their phones. Cell phones can have a big impact on you while your in a learning area. It distracts you, taking your mind off the importance of what’s going on in the classroom. If you are having trouble with your laptop then you are allowed to use your phone. However, teachers shouldn’t be so hard on students about phones, it would be better if teachers asked politely for students to put their phones away during learning time. There is no need to shout or exaggerate the situation. You will see how much you learn when your phone is not in your presences.

It’s a shame how much he’s on his phone he should do his work more.

I heard that the HEV light emitted from the screen of a smartphone leads to severe eye-strain during long-time use and would slowly damage your eye.

I agree that cell phones are a distraction, but sometimes students have a lot to deal with. Cell phones aid in coping with this. Teachers should be more lenient.

Cellphones are a distraction. I can say that because I do the same. Every minute I check my phone even though I know no one has texted me.
