Monday January 24th, the Lady Jaguars basketball team won against Duval High school.
Kalise Evans scored 12 points and Khadijah Conteh scored 10 points.
It was a tough game in the first half, but the ladies brought more intensity and better defense in the second half, leading the Lady Jag’s to take the win.
One player on Duval’s team, Malaka Cobb, scored about 30 points for her team.
I give her credits for playing a good game and for being a good offensive player.
The girls ended the game with the score of 63-49.
Putting our Lady Jag’s in the lead with a record of 2-0.
