Dont Forget About Covid Testing!

Good afternoon Jags,
On Sunday, January 23rd, please use the form linked below to upload your student at home COVID-19 test results. Tests should be administered between 7am and 7pm on Sunday then immediately uploaded to the form.
Do not administer the test prior to Sunday.
Reminder: Please use only one test each week as one box should last for two weeks. Additionally, in order to access the form, you must use your PGCPS email address.
