1. In the 19th century women where not allowed to get an education.
2. Women were allowed to vote on August 18, 1920.
3. “Theodora-from-the-Brothel” fought for sex workers’ rights.
4. The first British women police officers served during the First World War.
5. Nancy Johnson invented the ice cream maker.
6. Women invented the washing machine, dishwasher, fire escape, car heater, and many more.
