How to Handle stress when planning for the future

Focus on your day-to-day experiences.

Think positively about your future.

Avoid comparing yourself to others.

Try not to get discouraged if you can’t find a passage right away.

Attention Flowers students I know thinking about the future may be stressful, but instead of thinking of your future as a burden thinks of it as a way to truly discover yourself as a person, without depending on our parents. These are the times we need to prepare ourselves, so stop slacking and being afraid of making a change and start now!

You are loved

You are needed

Remember life is what you make it out to be, you put in positive energy you will get it back, you put in negative energy you will get it back.
