Mother Teresa: A Woman Who Changed the World

“If you can’t feed a hundred people then feed just one.” – Mother Teresa

After living a life of charity and humanitarianism, Mother Teresa, known in the Catholic Church as Saint Teresa of Calcutta, made a legacy by being an inspiration to many and changing the lives of thousands with her dedication to helping those in need.

One of the most admirable things about her was that she had spent nearly 30 years of her life helping others BEFORE anyone knew who she was.

Being regarded as one of the most selfless people who ever lived, she not only won a Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts, but also founded the Missionaries of Charity to look after abandoned babies. The Charity also worked to help the poorest of the poor after saying they, “lived like animals, but died like angels.”
