I’m so sick. I’ll miss him so much and I am so glad that I have gotten the opportunity to experience life in his presence. He is one of the most memorable teachers and he left me with a book that I will forever treasure.

He was my teacher my freshman year of high school he taught me so much I needed to know for life way beyond just History class. Sometimes he would say forget the lesson and just teach off the dome. He will be missed.

I had Mr.Jarrette as a teacher on zoom last year. Although he never taught me in person I could always see his effort and passion through zoom. I could see the love he had for his daughter as he often talked about her and brought her to class( I am praying for his family). He always took his time to go outside of the curriculum and teach us the truth about history.

This was very sudden and shocking. Mr. Jarrette was an amazing teacher who openly shared his ideas. He was the first teacher than made a history class fun and factual at the same time. R.I.P to an amazing father, coworker, friend and teacher.

This came off as such a shock to me and so many of my classmates. I’ve heard a lot of good things about him so it was so sad to hear the morning announcement. Hopefully his family is doing well during this time.

This is so sad R.I.P and prayers to his friends, families, coworkers and students affected by his loss. It’s really good that the school is providing a source for his students to talk to if they’re feeling any type of way.
