Throughout the article, I found out that getting the virus is no joke and people do not seem to realize that. The man in the hospital Nate Williams spent 158 days in the hospital after contracting COVID-19 and is still currently injected for an IV drip. The real message of this article is that if we are not getting the help that we need then it can reduce a large number of people in America. Corona is not any kind of virus and it affects everyone. This is a contagious disease but people cannot see that and continue to seek help. This article is based on a man who was affected and had a risky illness that led him to stay in the hospital for a lot of days. Mr.McWilliams is probably the ONLY person who has gotten the coronavirus and has stayed in the hospital more than most average people will when they’re sick. Getting the shot is not a punishment is just bc for your safety and everyone else’s as well.

The coronavirus is not just another phase and if someone does catch you with those symptoms you are most likely to end up in the hospital sooner or later in your life. It does get worse and you will, not might but will need medical attention when or if this happens right away.  It is very WANTED to get the shot because a lot of people are dying and it is a very rare and critical disease for someone to go through. Yes, getting the shot can do a lot of good for you!!. I feel like this article relates to health, medicine, and science because having corona is not a given privilege and people do not realize that. What interested me in choosing this article is that I’ve seen some of my family members getting sick from this disease and it is not a joke. My opinion on this article is that I hate the virus and it has stopped me from doing a lot of things. Something that I learned from this article is that you get help when you need it and don’t lack the effort to help others cause it might catch back to you.
