New Humanitarian Club: Movement Inc.
November 10, 2016
We have a new club in Charles Herbert Flowers high school, the Humanitarian club. The founder of this club is senior Charles Omoregbee whose goal is to “give all students a chance to be apart of the global change he has always hoped for.” He calls this club Movement Inc. as he hopes to change the world for the better, no matter how small the act. This club requires no prior qualifications, awards, or community service hours, but simply a sense of progress for helping the world. The first meeting has already taken place and some goals have already been established for the 2016-2017 school year, including raising $1,000 for Baton Rogue by June 2017 and sending out notes of encouragement to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
