On Thursday, November 17th, In the Helena Noble Jones auditorium at 8:30 am, juniors and seniors at Charles Herbert Flowers HS, participated in the 1st quarter honor roll assembly. There was a huge increase of honor roll students this quarter than in previous years. There was over a whopping 500 students in the 11th and 12th that lived up to the motto of being an example of what it means to be excellent. Principal Gorman Brown and administration congratulated the students by calling their names for recognition and handed scholars certificates Students were served cake and refreshments to end with a bang.
